Continuation of Research Amid War; First International PhD Student Supervised by a Faculty Member of Velayat University

According to the official letter issued by Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, the student has been formally enrolled in the PhD program, and Dr. Azadeh Mehrpouyan, a faculty member of Velayat University, has been officially approved as the external supervisor within the doctoral dissertation structure.
